Qualified back in 1993 from Fife College in NC Hair and Beauty. Continuing in the Hair, Beauty and Complementary/Holistic Therapies ever since. Gaining new experiences and qualifications Along the way.
Usui Reiki Master with over 21yrs experience.
Gained Certificates in Massage Therapies (Indian Head, Acupressure, Body, Sports, Lava Shell) over 30 yrs experience.
Complementary Therapies in Cancer Care for Massage and Reiki.

Provided Sports Massage alongside Medical and Physio team for Fife Flyers EIHL 2017-2023.

Indian Head Massage is a therapy that works mainly on the upper part of the body. This includes the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck , scalp and the face. During treatment the client sit on a chair, fully clothed. Benefits , Can Improve Hair's condition, Circulation, Reduction in Stress Levels
